Sound Bath Experience

A Sound Bath Experience is designed to support relaxation, stress reduction, and nervous system regulation. Participants are guided into a comfortable resting position while listening to a variety of therapeutic instruments such as crystal singing bowls, crystal harp, and other harmonic tools. No prior experience is needed, and the program is gentle, inclusive, and accessible to all adults.

Sheryl is a 6th generation Reiki Master Teacher tracing her lineage directly back to Mikao Usui. Her mantra follows the teachings of Takata – Treat the Cause Not the Effect. She began her private Reiki practice in 2021 and has been offering both in person and remote sessions for individuals and animals since. Sheryl can also be found offering Reiki and Sound Bath sessions at our local Senior Centers, Churches, and other civic organizations.
