Nidra & Sound Meditation

Take a time out for a deeply restorative evening designed to calm the mind, soothe the body, and nourish the soul.

You’ll be gently guided through Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that promotes deep rest and inner stillness, followed by an immersion in the healing vibrations of a sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and other calming instruments.

Allow yourself to unwind, release tension, and reconnect with peace within. No experience needed—just come as you are and melt into relaxation.

Space is limited. DM to register by Nov 14. Event will be held at Soul Roots Studio. Donations are welcome.
