Meditative Sound Journey

You’ll be gently guided through a meditation that encourages deep rest and inner stillness, followed by an immersive sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, voice, and other soothing instruments.

Allow yourself to unwind, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of peace and ease. No prior experience is needed — simply come as you are and melt into relaxation.
