Join Estelle & Emily for a 90-minute guided experience to soothe your nervous system
(A perfect opportunity to rest, just before we start December and the busy season)
Through gentle meditation, breathwork, and Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR), you’ll be guided through tools and techniques that help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and invite deep calm.
Together, we’ll explore how conscious breath and mindful awareness can shift your state from stress and overthinking, to balance, clarity, and rest.
- No experience required, all welcome
- Props provided for comfort (bolsters, blankets, mats, cushions) or bring your own favourites
- Time at the end for quiet reflection or gentle conversation
- Herbal tea to close the session
