Valentine's STEM Challenge at Abbott Library

At this drop in program, kids and teens will stop at different stations and attempt various STEM challenges with candy hearts. These challenges will include building a candy heart wall that can withstand air from a straw, building a bridge with index cards that will span the gap of two plastic cups and hold as many candy hearts as possible, engineering a boat will aluminum foil that will sail while holding as many candy hearts as possible, and using popsicle sticks, a spoon, and rubber bands to build a candy heart catapult.
