About the event

Aerial Yoga, Weekly Drop-In, Beginner Level
Join Jamie, aerialist, yogi and therapist for a 75 minute aerial yoga experience designed for beginners. The class is focused on several movement sequences on the ground and in the air, focused on spinal decompression, flexibility, balance, strength, body awareness, stress reduction and improved mood.

Pre-registration is required: https://www.elevatecreativetherapy.com/store

Ages 16 & up, beginner level.

*Wear comfortable clothing that enables movement, pants that cover the backs of the knees and shirts that cover underarms (Tank tops, shorts NOT recommended). Please bring a water bottle.

*Intro Aerial Workshop is highly recommended before attending.
