SOUND SCAPE MEDITATION

Sound bath sessions provide the sacred space to deeply rest. This meditation soothes the soul and resets the mind.
Healing vibrations will touch every cell of the physical body while balancing the energetic, spiritual and emotional self. Participants can look forward to powerful relaxation. The peace we seek awaits us and all we have to do is relax, breathe and receive.
Enjoy the sounds of gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, alchemy quartz crystal singing bowls, bells, wave drums, chimes and more!

No yoga poses required, this is an awesome nap anyone can do. You'll rest on the ground. Dress comfortably, bring your favorite blanket and pillow if you like. Chairs are available if you prefer to sit upright.
