WHAT TO EXPECT: Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in and get settled in the salt room. Eye masks and blankets are available. Recline in zero-gravity chairs as Krista leads you in an opening rhythmic breathing exercise, allowing the pure, dry, micronized salt air particles to envelop you, both inside and out, helping clear sinuses, lungs and skin from allergens and bacteria. The sound journey continues with soothing sounds, frequencies and harmonies designed to help balance and restore mind, body and spirit.
