Our Step-by-Step Vortex Process:

Release what's weighing on your mind—worries, fears, distractions. Some write them down, crumple them, and toss them into a symbolic "recycle basket." Others sit in silent contemplation while the group holds space for them in grace.
2. Power Up
Through a guided meditation, we awaken inner energy, visualizing it rising from root to crown and flowing back down the spine. This opens energetic pathways and creates space for increased clarity, healing, and spiritual alignment.
3. Intentional Prayer
We unite in focused energetic meditation, holding one powerful, collective intention for 10 minutes. This is a space of shared resonance, where group mind meets higher purpose.
