Host The Lenape Nation, inc.
The Lenape Nation of Pa. is a tribal group consisting of enrolled members whom are descendents of the Indigenous
people of this area. We are a self-determining tribe with enrollment criteria.
The pow wow is an intertribal event. As hosts, we welcome ALL PEOPLE to come join us in our celebration. We also
provide education to others concerning our culture, heritage, and traditions.
The pow wow is open to the public Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM. Admission is free, Donations
are greatly appreciated. Proceeds benefit The Lenape Nation of Pa. Scholarship Fund.
There will be an inner circle, where Native dancing, drumming and singing will be presented to the general public. An
outer circle features our Artisans and Crafters, offering exhibitions and demonstrations by members of various Tribes. This
circle will also feature food venders (both Native and local booths) as well as various nonprofit information booths. There will
be a stage amongst the outer circle. Native Flute players will entertain the public on Sunday.
Saturday evening will feature contemporary music by indigenous musicians
