Yoga at Doty Park

Join Teresa for a basic and foundational practice focusing on posture, breath, alignment and beginning flow. A safe and supportive environment for beginners and experienced students. This class meets you where you are whether just beginning yoga or working with an injury , modifications and alignments are taught in an inspiring and encouraging way leading you to a wonderful experience of yoga.
No previous experience needed.

Please bring a yoga mat, water and wear comfortable clothes. Please arrive at least five minutes before class. The cost of the class is $15 via cash, check or Venmo. Please message me if you have any questions.

The location of the class is under one of the two pavilions. Once you park, you will see to covered areas. Just look for a yoga teacher and you’ll find it! Please bring water and a yoga mat. Teresa will provide blankets, yoga blocks and straps. I’m looking forward to meeting you all on the mat!
