Several local Summerside restauranteurs – including Fiveelevenwest, Evermore Brewing, Brothers Two, and Shipyard – will be providing beef-themed dishes in this grazing-style event at Credit Union Place in Summerside!
The event will feature live interviews with the participating chefs about the the culinary offering they have prepared and the musical stylings of famed Island talent Johnny Ray.

Braised Short Rib
Red wine and rosemary braised SHORT RIB, with creamy roasted garlic mashed and burnt butter roasted carrots
Beef Chow Mein
Ginger marinated SKIRT STEAK w. julienne vegetables & egg noodles, tossed with cilantro sesame soya
Braised Beef Tacos
Cumin and chipotle braised TOP SIRLOIN, corn tortilla, black beans, Pico de Gallo, sour cream, and lime
Bacon Cheeseburger Mac
Ground beef CHUCK, creamy ADL aged cheddar, Golden Ale, green onion, w/ crisp smoky bacon
Smoked Beef Brisket
Smoked beef BRISKET and poblano peppers, deep browned whiskey BBQ sauce, creamy slaw, on fresh roll, with crispy sweet potatoes
