Workshop: The Godmother Within: Embodied Wisdom

This workshop is part of series, an intimate, guided journey of connection, creativity, and reflection, and an opportunity to nurture your inner “godmother.” Facilitated by Dina Cantin with warmth and ease, each gathering brings together a sacred circle to remember the Godmother Within—the timeless, steady presence already living inside you. This is not a class to master, but a gentle reminder of what you already carry.

Session Five explores the natural rhythms within and around us, and considers how honoring them allows us to live with greater ease, balance, and authenticity. By attuning to cycles—of the moon, the body, the seasons, and more—we rediscover the feminine wisdom of flow.

We’ll dive into the feminine lifecycle (from the “maiden” through the “crone”) and the transitions our bodies experience throughout. We’ll all explore—intuitive timing ~ when to act, when to rest, when to create, and when to release.

Together we’ll use dried flowers and other natural elements to create beautiful bookmarks that will serve as a reminder that there’s beauty in every phase of life.

Participants will take home a gift from Lara J. Day: the beautifully illustrated 13 Sacred Nights Oracle Deck, which fosters alignment of the sacred soul of the holiday season.

Supplies are included. Please bring your favorite notebook and pen or pencil, or come early and shop our in-store collection.

This event will be hosted on our third floor, which is only accessible by stairs.
