Guided by Lucinda Bibbs — Breathwork Facilitator with Breath Army’s LightFORCE Therapist and Co-Founder of New Ground Wellness — you’ll experience deep restoration and connection to your highest self. Jessica Corbett will amplify the journey with an amazing sound bath weaving in frequencies and vibration that elevate and harmonize your system on every level.

Together the practices of breath and sound create the ultimate reset — grounding you fueling your focus and helping you embody the intentions you want to carry forward this fall.
