Since 1981, Handel’s Messiah has been a Christmas tradition in Walker County—a time of worship, fellowship, and lifting our voices together in praise. 🙌

The performance combines a choir of 40 local singers accompanied by members of the Alabama Symphony Orchestra.

Handel's Messiah is a famous oratorio by George Frideric Handel composed in 1741 that tells the biblical story of Jesus from birth to resurrection.
