Come join us for Throwback Thursday, 45 minutes of spin to an encore of our Booty Spin playlist. Whether you missed the first time around, or you just really vibed with the playlist, come out at join us this Thursday at 7pm.

The theme for this playlist is all about that “Booty” 🍑 . All songs dedicated to your derrière! Come and shake your tail feathers with us to songs that will make you nostalgic for the early 2000’s. So get up off your bum and come move with us. Class is this Thursday at 7pm, $5 to ride, (please arrive 5 minutes early to pay with card). All fitness levels welcome from beginner to advanced and everything in between.
