Welcome to the 3rd Annual The Reunion Conference!

Join us at the Joseph A Nelson Community Center for a day filled with inspiring panels, informative workshops, networking opportunities, and a resource fair. The Reunion is a yearly conference designed to involve clients and their parents/caregivers/conservators in discussions about navigating NBRC services, offering resources, introducing community engagement, and promoting a sense of belonging.

This event is sponsored by Language Access and Cultural Competency Funds.



Workshops will be offered in 4 tracks for participants to choose from throughout the day.

  • Track 1: Your Childโ€™s Plan (Ages 0โ€“12)
  • Track 2: Your Youthโ€™s Plan (Ages 13โ€“21)
  • Track 3: Your Plan (Adult Services, Ages 22+)

Track 1: Your Child's Plan (Ages 0-12) Workshops


  • Decoding Success: Understanding the IFSP/Individual Program Plan for Children"
  • An insightful workshop designed to empower parents and caregivers with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively navigate the IFSP/Individual Program Plan (IPP) process.
