Sunday Sound Bath Reset

A 35-minute gentle sound bath designed to help you slow down, breathe, and begin again.

You’ll move through grounding breathwork, soothing crystal bowl vibrations, and a peaceful closing to carry clarity into your day.

A few mats and a few blankets are provided; feel free to bring your own for extra comfort.

Please note: If you are sensitive to sound or vibration, inform the facilitator before class
