Flavors of Mexico
Join us as we learn about Mexican Cuisine! Working in groups of two you will create a made from scratch taqueria style menu that you can easily make at home from your next party! Guests will get to eat the food prepared after instruction.
Menu: Guacamole and fresh tomato salsa, homemade corn tortillas, Chicken Al Pastor, and taco toppings
Instruction includes:
Salsas from scratch
Preparing and cooking corn tortillas
preparation of sauce and cooking chicken
Knife skills
* Beer, Wine or Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
* Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.
* Cost of class includes service and processing fees
What if I have a food allergy? We will do our best to accommodate food allergies, but we cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with diet restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class. Cancellation Policy? All classes have a 48 Hour cancellation policy, You must email
aW5mbyB8IHJvc2V3ZmFybSAhIGNvbQ== to cancel an existing reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours, you are responsible for paying for the class.
Should I eat before class? All classes you will get to eat what you prepare, so plan on a meal at the end of class.
