Are you a reiki practitioner looking to review what you learned in your first attunement course? Maybe it's been a long time since you practiced and you'd like to get back into it. Or perhaps you'd like to learn Reiki 1 from the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage.
Join me in a refresher course that will provide you with an in-depth review of Reiki 1 with ample hands-on practice in a welcoming small group setting. We will review:
*The history of reiki
*The level 1 meditations
*Scanning the energy fields
*Self-treatment
*Hand positions & optional hand positions
*First aid and emergencies
*Treatment of a loved one
Please note that NO attunement will be given during this class. Handouts will be provided, but I also suggest bringing a notebook and pen.
