On a retreat with Rania Zayan, we practice mindfully Slow Flow Vinyasa and Yin Yoga combining our physical practice and poses with breathing exercises and meditation in a non-judgemental, welcoming environment, that holds the space for you to grow and find what's there in it for you.
All practices are suitable for all levels. (Beginners to intermediate Yoga practices).
All our rooms and Yoga practices are sea view so we get to soak this beauty in, and keep it with us as long as it lasts.
