Looking to buy local beef, directly from the farm? Then the next instalment of the Stour Valley Beef Pop-up is your chance!

You’ll find roasting joints, burgers, stewing and braising steak, short ribs, shin, mince, and the very last Boerewors beef sausage - all from a Hereford cross steer fed exclusively from the Stour Valley while I had him.

I will also have some amazing charcoal produced by Hawkins Forestry from some of Suffolk's finest woodlands.
