Yoga for Adults 🪷

Begin your journey to the strongest, healthiest you! Develop your strength, balance and flexibility in this live Yoga Class, and enhance your everyday life and activities.
Traditional Vinyasa yoga poses offer options for all levels to participate, including use of chairs. With this yoga class, enhance your blood flow and flexibility through a small warm up, building strength & balance with traditional yoga poses, and finally a cool down with stretching and a short meditation. This class is suitable for everyone, from the absolute beginner to the more seasoned practitioner. Learn breathing techniques to lower your blood pressure and calm your mind.

Wear comfortable attire that you can move freely in.

Please bring:
A yoga mat or towel
water bottle
sweat towel
an open mind
a positive mindset

$5 per class, payable online. Capacity for the class is 16. Mat Yoga Classes are subsidized by the Friends of the Roxbury Public Library.
