A Sacred Pause
A simple pause in your week to receive and restore. Join us for a donation-based, pop-in Reiki event with short, gentle sessions (about 15 minutes) designed to help you pause, restore, and reconnect with your energy.
Learn a little about Reiki, meet the practitioners, and enjoy a welcoming, supportive space. Sign up on arrival for a session between 6–8 pm. January 27th.

She weaves together energy healing, intuitive guidance, and Reiki Training courses to help clients/students gently release outdated patterns, recalibrate their inner world, and step into the version of themselves that feels most aligned and authentic.

Usui Reiki Master Practitioner and founder of GypsyVisionz Holistic Wellness in Jefferson. She blends Reiki, energy healing, movement, and crystals to inspire, empower, awaken, and transform your energy.
