BEYBLADE X - G2 X-TREME CUP (Toys "R Us MidValley KL - 26 & 27 July 2025)

Beyblade X G2 X-treme Cup

Venue: Toys "R" Us MidValley Megamall KL (2nd Floor, South Floor)

Date: 26th & 27th July 2025

Tournament Details:
- A total of 8 preliminary sessions will be held — 4 for the Junior Category and 4 for the Intermediate Category.
- Each preliminary session (Junior & Intermediate) is limited to 64 participants.
- The Top 2 winners from each Junior Category preliminary session will advance to the Junior Final (Top 8).
- The Top 2 winners from each Intermediate Category preliminary session will advance to the Intermediate Final (Top 8).

Tournament Rules & Regulations:
- Format: 3-on-3 Beyblade, Single Elimination. First to 4 points wins.
- Participants must bring 3 Beyblades with no repeated parts and an official Beyblade X 3-on-3 box.
- Changing Beyblades or parts is not allowed once the tournament begins, except in cases where parts are broken or damaged and the head judge approves replacement with identical parts.
- Previous generation parts, counterfeit items, 3D-printed parts, and non-official accessories are strictly prohibited.
- Players are allowed to challenge the judge’s decision up to two times during the match. However, once the match has ended and the result has been officially announced and recorded, no further objections or challenges will be accepted. The head judge’s decision at that point is final and cannot be appealed.
- Video recordings (VODs) cannot be used to dispute or challenge a judge’s decision. Please obtain permission from the judge before recording.

Registration Rules & Regulations:
- Both Online Pre-Registration and Walk-in Registration are accepted.
- The registration & verification counter opens at 10:00 AM.
- Each player may only register for one slot in the G2 X-TREME CUP. Duplicate BX numbers or names will result in cancellation.
- Online registration opens on 9th July 2025 (Wednesday) at 8:00 PM and closes on 23rd July 2025 (Wednesday) at 11:59 PM.
- Any remaining slots will be open for walk-in registration on the tournament day, with priority given to newcomers.
- Queueing on behalf of others for registration or verification is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be disqualified and banned from the event.
- Participants must present a valid receipt of RM50 or more in Beyblade X products (dated from 1st June 2025 onward) for registration/verification.
- Alternatively, participants may use BBX Stamps from the Stamp Passport for registration and verification on the tournament day (Only for Online Pre-Registration).
- One slot is secured by either:
i. Every RM50 spent in a single receipt
ii. Using 10 BBX stamps for players who register online

Unacceptable Conduct & Behavior:
- Interfering with judges’ decisions or arguing on behalf of players as an outsider.
- Criticizing or verbally attacking judges.
- Exhibiting rudeness or disrespect toward judges, players, or other individuals.
- Violating tournament rules, such as:
a. Using banned or modified parts
b. Switching parts mid-tournament
c. Disrupting ongoing matches
- Disregarding the authority or rulings of event officials
- Engaging in harmful or disruptive behaviors

*Players found guilty of any of the above may receive a warning or be immediately banned from the tournament at the discretion of the head judge.

🥈 2nd Place: String Launcher Silver Ver. + RM100 Toys Hamper + G1 Finalist Ticket
🥉 3rd Place: String Launcher Bronze Ver. + RM100 Toys Hamper

Battle Points System:
Participation: 1 Battle Stamp
1st Place: 5 Battle Stamps
2nd Place: 4 Battle Stamps
3rd Place: 3 Battle Stamps
