High frequencies are flooding the planet and you're feeling it! Mother Gaia and all her inhabitants are experiencing a significant up shift. This class is for YOU if you are experiencing ascension symptoms such as clearing of low or stuck energies, tiredness, disorientation or overwhelm. This 60 minute sound bath with gongs will hold the intention of grounding, releasing that which is ready to release and re-balancing you for your good and the good of all.

Recliners and mats available on site.
