Gentle Flow Yoga with Cheri

In this class we gently transition into a range of yoga poses to awaken the body and release any tension stored within. Throughout the class, gentle stretches and poses are emphasized, allowing for flexibility and comfort in each movement.

Gentle Flow is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks may be utilized to support your practice and enhance your experience. Whether you're seeking stress relief, improved flexibility, or simply a moment of tranquility, this class offers a nurturing space to reconnect with yourself and find balance amidst life's demands.
