Yoga in the Park

🌿 Mindful Mornings in Nature: Hike, Yoga & Cold Dip
Join the park naturalist and a local yoga instructor for a peaceful morning in nature! 🌞 Enjoy a mindful hike, gentle yoga session, and an optional cold dip to refresh your body and mind.

This is a free event with a valid state park sticker. You're welcome to come for just part of the experience or stay for the entire morning - whatever feels right for you! We look forward to seeing you there!

What to Bring: yoga mat, bug spray and a water bottle
