Thrills & Chills in Downtown Sturgeon Bay presented with Quantum Technologies - A day of festive Halloween fun for the entire family!
The Annual Kids Costume Parade will kick things off starting at 10 am. If you and your family are interested in participating, please meet at the Third Avenue clocktower around 9:45 am. Led by the Sturgeon Bay Fire Department, the parade will proceed from the clocktower, down Third Avenue, and conclude at Martin Park. Get creative! There will be prizes given out for the best costumes. Music and children inflatable activities continue after the parade at Martin Park until 12 pm.
Thrills & Chills Schedule of Events:
10 am Kids Costume Parade along Third Avenue
10 am - 12 pm | Inflatable kids activities and music at Martin Park
10 am - 12 pm | Trick or Treating along East & West Waterfront
1:30 pm - 3:30 pm | Kitty O'Reillys will be having their Spooktacular Halloween Kids Costume Dance Party. DJ will start at 1:30pm-330, Cookie decorating, Rock Painting, Hot Chocolate with Halloween garnishes! Also games and trivia throughout the Day. They will also would like to do Best Dressed Family Group for our main costume Contest. Gift Card $50
4:30 pm - 8:00 pm | Bay Shore Outfitters - Pumpkin Carving 10/24 starting at 4:30-8:00 on the patio with special drink specials for the adults and drinks for the littles. 10/25 Ryan Cihlar will be on the patio starting at 1pm playing the accordion and singing songs and special drink specials will be going on outside with drinks for the little ones too.
