The evening kicks off at 5pm in the Harbor Ballroom at Stone Harbor Resort with stylish cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and sparkling conversation. Dinner begins at 6pm, featuring: Roasted Pork Loin | Roasted mustard rubbed pork loin topped with Jack Daniel's demi. Norwegian Salmon | Grilled salmon, presented with a lemon dill cream sauce. New York Strip Loin | Served medium, topped with demi. Includes green beans and garlic smashed potatoes. Fettuccini Alfredo (Vegetarian) | Fettuccini noodles smothered in parmesan alfredo sauce
