Each session is intuitively guided by the natural rhythm of the season — a gentle blend of grounding and renewal through sound and stillness.

You’ll be immersed in the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments designed to calm the nervous system and restore inner balance.
Whether you’re returning or attending for the first time, each soundbath provides space to release tension, rest deeply, and realign your energy.

✨ What to Bring
Props such as mats, bolsters, and blankets are available for your comfort.
You’re also welcome to bring any personal items that help you feel cozy and supported.

🚨 Additional Information

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled. Doors will be locked 10 minutes after starting time to avoid distractions during meditation.

Sound baths are generally safe and deeply relaxing for most people. However, they are not recommended for individuals who:

• Have epilepsy
• Have a pacemaker or metal implants
• Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
