Join Jen Songer Yoga and Melissa Currie of Heart & Soul Sound Baths at Historic Yoga for another restorative Sound Bowl event.
Enjoy the sense of sound during an enriching Sound Bath at Historic Yoga while sinking into Restorative Yoga poses. The combination of the two can bring groundedness, calm, and meditative ease to the body and nervous system. Jen guides students through restorative poses while Melissa indulges your senses with healing tones from Sound Bowls in the background.
