Soundbath and Crystal workshop with Code 11 Holistics & Allura Crystal

Come along to our Relax and Recharge event at Studley Parish Centre, Old Vicarage Gardens, Studley, B80 7SG on Saturday 1st November 2025 at 3:30pm.

Let us take care of you, join Megan from Allura Crystal Healing for a Crystal workshop all about crystals, how they can be incorporated into daily life and how they can be used to promote relaxation and well being. As well as covering Crystals and their properties you will also learn how to care for them and use them as part of daily life. This will be the perfect workshop for any Crystal lover or if you are new to crystals. There's something for everyone. You will also receive a small tumble stone to take home with you from the event which we will cleanse and charge ready to take home and add to your collection.

You will then settle down for a guided meditation and soothing soundbath with Trish. Allowing the soundscapes to take you to a deeper state of rest and relaxation, which in turn can rebalance the mind and body.

Soundhealing has many benefits that can include:

Improved sleep and memory, reduced stress, decreased anxiety and depression, lowered blood pressure and profound relaxation.

Soundhealing instruments such as; Monolini, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, crystal harp, wind gongs, frame drum, ocean drum, chimes will be played during the session by Trish, who is a Qualified Soundhealing Practitioner with the Sound Healing Academy.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring along a yoga mat or something to lie down on, or a camping chair if you cannot sit or lie down on the floor for long, a warm blanket, pillow, eye mask (optional), hot water bottle (optional) a bottle of water is also advisable. Comfort is key to this session so please bring along anything that makes you feel warm comfortable and super relaxed. Some people bring duvets, garden bench cushions for extra padding. Basically arrive like you are about to go camping!

Please arrive at 3:25pm, so we can start promptly at 3:30pm as the doors will be locked at this time to ensure the space is calm and free from interuptions.

Everyone welcome, 14 years and over.

**Please note that this event is not suitable for people with epilepsy (especially sound induced), pregnant (particularly 1st trimester) and people with severe mental health disorders, or anyone fitted with an electrical device such as a pacemaker**
