Soulville Presents: Rhythm & Resonance with Rabe! Embody the Beat ....A Playful Drum & Rhythm Experience — First Fridays

Step into rhythm, connection, and joy on the first Friday of every month with Rabe. This is more than a drum class — it’s a creative, heart-centered experience where rhythm becomes a path to self-discovery.
No experience needed! Rabe uses simple word patterns — like nursery rhymes, everyday phrases, and affirmations — to make rhythm easy to learn and remember. You’ll not only play rhythms, you’ll also embody them, using the drumbeat to anchor empowering affirmations into your whole being.
Each class includes:
Learning rhythm patterns through words, songs, and affirmations
Building confidence to play alongside others
Exploring the joy of drumming as connection and play
A joyful community drum circle to close
Class Flow:
First 30 minutes: Teaching and guided rhythm learning through word patterns and affirmations
Next 45 minutes: Drum practice and exploration, closing with a community drum circle
Final 15 minutes: Community Time
