New Moon Beach Yoga

Balance your mind and body through this 75 minute, trauma informed, beginner friendly Hatha Alignment style yoga class on Stuart Beach with Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Yoga Teacher Lori Lauridsen.
This will include practices specifically to clear what is no longer serving you in your mind and body, and call in your deepest desires through movement and guided meditation and followed up with a releasing exercise on the beach.

Yoga and mindfulness practices have been used for thousands of years to stabilize mood, heal trauma and increase energy where it is stagnant as in depression. LL Counseling and Wellness style Hatha Yoga is beginner friendly and specifically designed to be adapted to each student and client in class, no matter the physical or emotional ability.
