Acro yoga blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of the healing arts. These three lineages firm a foundation that cultivates trust, playfulness, and community.

Acro yoga mission-building community through divine play.

Come learn the foundations of divine play with me! No partner needed, very beginner friendly and all levels welcome!

You will learn foundational elements of all the acro roles (Base, Flyer, Spotter) along with all the tools to help you feel safe and successful!
