Come join me at Farmcraft Brewery, in Sheldon New York (10 minutes from East Aurora NY) for this fun beginner/ intermediate level class into sugar cookie decorating! Learn everything you need to take your sugar art to the next level.
In this 2 hour class, we'll cover intermediate techniques for sugar cookie decorating, such as wet on wet technique and detail line piping! We will also do some piping practice with Royal Icing, talk about how to strategize the best ways to decorate sugar cookies, and cover the general concepts around dough and icing! Everything you'll need is provided at class along with a live in-person instructor – just bring a smile!
Camping, glamping and cookies! Let’s learn some cool techniques and decorate 6 cookies with 4 bags of icing! You'll leave class with a great understanding of the basics and intermediate tricks of royal icing!
