In the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, we pour so much of our energy into making this time magical for our little ones. This month, we wanted to give YOU a gift — a moment to rest, reset, and breathe. 💛
Join us for a calming yoga class created just for mamas to pause, stretch, and find a little peace in the midst of it all.
🧘♀️ Date: Tuesday, December 16th
🕡 Time: 6:00–7:30 PM
(1-hour yoga class + time to sip & chat)
📍 Location: Poland Nutrition
💛 Cost: $10
And as an extra treat, Poland Nutrition will allow us to order off their drink menu before or after class for anyone who wants to sip and chat!
