Is your baby starting solids? 🌱 Worried about choking or what to do in an emergency?
This one-hour, hands-on workshop is perfect for parents, grandparents, babysitters, and caregivers who want to learn life-saving CPR and choking rescue skills — without the stress of a formal certification.
👩⚕️ Your Instructor
The Mama Coach, Roxie West, is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience — and is both a mama and Nana herself, she understands how overwhelming emergencies can feel. Her goal is to give you simple, practical tools so you feel calm and confident if the unexpected happens.
She will guide you through:
✅ Infant, child & adult CPR
✅ Choking rescue for all ages
✅ AED use made simple
✅️ Hands-on practice using manikins with guided instruction
