Authentic Beginnings: Yin Yoga Workshop

Begin your year by tapping into your inner values....and allowing these to guide all of your habits, behaviours and choices..To live a fulfilling life we must choose the right direction; one that's in alignment with our soul. During our practice I shall be encouraging you to think deeply about your true purpose; paying attention to where our focus is helps us stay on our true path.

This Yin Yoga workshop is open to all, Yin is done on the ground and the shapes are held for minutes at a time, the pace is slow and meditative yet you can choose how deeply you wish to feel each shape. We use plenty of props and alternatives are given for any specific physical requirements...there is no right or wrong in a Yin practice. No experience is necessary.
