Winner = higher frame-win percentage to assigned race
If tied → one extra frame with 30-sec shot clock

Timer begins on Digital Pool SMS (Round 1 at 10:15 AM)
No time adjustments for late starts
FargoRate Requirements
Players without a FargoRate will be assigned a starter rating of 525.
Players with a FargoRate of fewer than 100 games robustness will compete using their listed rating; however, the Tournament Director may adjust any rating at any time, including mid-tournament, if observed performance indicates the player’s true playing ability is higher than their assigned FargoRate.
Only one FargoRate profile per player is permitted. Players with multiple profiles must have them merged; until merged, the highest rating applies.
