Sound Healing is a holistic practice that uses various sound frequencies to promote healing, relaxation, and overall well-being. It is based on the premise that sound vibrations and frequencies can affect the human body, mind, and spirit, restoring balance and resetting your Nervous System.

Instruments such as Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Gongs, Native American Flutes, chimes, Handpan and rainsticks are used to induce deep states of relaxation.
