Senior Meal Kit 4 Week Program

Senior Meal Kit is a fun, interactive, 4 week class to learn kitchen skills, new recipes, and how to transform your leftovers!

Taking place on Tuesdays from March 31st to April 21st 10:00 am - 12:00 pm participants will build on skills from the previous week in each session.

Chef Amanda will demonstrate how to prepare a meal and participants will be given instructions and ingredients to recreate everything at home and ideas for how to turn leftovers into other delicious meals. Learn about nutrition, ingredients, and build friendships along the way!

Please note that The Local Community Food Centre Kitchen is not an allergen free kitchen, and we are unable to accommodate serious food allergies.
