Mommy & Me Workshop Begins!

Ready to rebuild your strength, boost your energy and bond with your baby? Join our six-week Mommy & Me Workshop, created to help new moms move safely, regain confidence and connect with others. Each class focuses on full-body strength, posture and core stability – with the flexibility to work out with or without your little one.

This weekly workshop will run for six weeks beginning on Tuesday, November 11th to Tuesday, December 16th from 10:15 to 11:00 am.
