Bra Art Workshop for Lions Competition "In Full Bloom"

Join us to make an Upcycled (Upsewing) Bra Creation for Bra Artz.

Taranaki Timebank wants to help you create an entry for the Hawera Mt View Lions Club Bra Artz competition to support Cancer Society Taranaki

So, get your creative thinking cap on and register for our workshop below.

You don't need to do our workshop to put in an entry, but we're creating a fun space with lots of items to use to create your Bra Art! Plus Taranaki Timebank is sending all our entries in together and donating half the entry fee so you can make & enter more Bra Art!. Also, you are welcome to do the workshop and not enter the competition.

THEME: In Full Bloom.
This years prize categories are:
- People’s Choice Award (based on public votes)
- Best on Theme
- Overall Winner- 1st
- 2nd place
- 3rd place

All materials and resources provided. Step by step tutorial and assistance throughout.

Suitable for all crafting and sewing skills. All ages welcome, under 15yrs to be assisted by an adult.

All resources will be provided but you are welcome to bring a bra and any special things you want to use.

Your mentors Amy and Meryl will bring along finished examples.

Workshop Charge $10 + 2 Timebank hours for Members
$20 for non Timebank members

Each Bra entered into the Lions competition is an additional $5 each, and TTB will topup another $5. These must be completed and to the Hawera Mt View Lions by 12th October ready for their 31st October - 9th November display.
