Biker Down First Aid Training

Biker Down! is a free, 3-hour in-person course designed specifically for riders, giving you the skills to help save a life when it matters most.

This award-winning program includes two classroom modules—Incident Scene Management and First Aid for Motorcyclists (including safe helmet removal)—as well as an on-demand video, The Thinking Biker, which explains the science behind why riders often aren’t seen on the road. Upon completion, participants receive a Canadian Red Cross First Aid Certificate, valid for three years.

With over 30% of past attendees having used their training at a crash scene, this course empowers you to act confidently and safely if the worst happens. It’s not just about being prepared—it’s about being part of a community that looks out for one another.
