Fermented foods are so much more than a foodie trend – they’re an ancient way of preserving food that nourishes your gut, boosts immunity, and supports your whole-body wellness. �
In this hands-on workshop, I’ll not only show you how to make your own ferments, but also explain why eating them daily is one of the most powerful things you can do for your health. We’ll explore the science and tradition behind fermentation, why our ancestors valued these foods so highly, and how they strengthen your digestion and microbiome.
What’s included:
• Make your own jar of sauerkraut to take home (everything provided)
• Taste a variety of different ferments for inspiration
• Watch a live kefir demonstration (with tasters)
• Take home your own kefir grains to get started straight away
You’ll leave with knowledge, confidence, and the tools you need to keep fermenting at home.
