Ashtanga Yoga Beginners course

This course is geared towards complete beginners or those with yoga experience who want to restart their yoga practice again or are returning from injuries. You will be guided in a small, intimate setting, with a maximum of 14 students, allowing for individual attention.
The course will be taught by Digby who has maintained a personal Ashtanga practice for 26yrs and taught full time over a 22yr period introducing 1000’s of students to Ashtanga Yoga and supporting them with their journey, with this depth of experience he will be able to guide you through the foundational aspects of Ashtanga yoga.
He incorporates personalized adjustments and modifications to accommodate individual needs, ensuring a safe and effective practice for everyone. Beyond the physical benefits, the course emphasizes mindfulness and the philosophical aspects of yoga, encouraging participants to cultivate a balanced lifestyle and a deeper connection to themselves.
Please note-The course is progressional in it’s teaching so please make sure you can make all the dates as there will be no refund or exchange available on any classes missed during the eight week period.
