Last summer, four lives were tragically lost at Strand Beach. This season, we are determined not to lose a single one.

That’s why the Strand Lifesaving Club is running a Free Ocean Safety Course — open to all families and kids. In just one hour, you’ll learn life-saving lessons:
✅ What the lifeguard flags mean
✅ How to identify dangerous rip currents
✅ How to escape a rip current
✅ How to help someone in trouble

These are skills that save lives. Every child — and every parent — should know them.
