The Retreat
This retreat is perfect for you, if you feel drawn to creative and varied practices of yoga and movement, and enjoy a slow sense-oriented, organic and intuitive practice.
Enjoy a smörgåsbord of yoga, breath, sound, meditation, movement and play at Imken's light flooded home-yoga studio, as well as practice in nature, and exploring conscious dialoguing - with nature and ourselves.
Expect an organic, intuitive and allowing flow, to be met right were you’re at. We’ve yoga mats, blocks, blankets and chairs. Anything else you might need, please bring!
The Location
Welcome to Koster, West Coast Sweden. Experience stunning ocean and nature life in Sweden's pristine one of a kind national maritime park.
During your time on Nordkoster you will be comfortable with everything in easy walking distance around the island, which is almost car free.
To bring your bicycle, and explore Sydkoster, it's an extra 90 SEK one-way on the Kosterboats.
Sydkoster bicycle hire is available at Langegårde and Ekenas pier. Please note hired bikes can't be taken from Syd to Nordkoster.
Accommodation
We are happy to include shared and private accommodation at Myrenvägen (surcharge applies for single rooms). Alternatively, private accommodation nearby is available a 2-20 min walk from our home studio and can be arranged at additional cost.
Our accommodation has a kitchen should you like to prepare food outside of meal times.
A well stocked organic supermarket is a 3 km walk to Sydkoster via the line ferry or Kosterboats.
The Food
We’ll be celebrating delicious home-cooked food made with love by an experienced chef. We’ll have all our meals amidst our beautiful garden, ocean view veranda or lounge. It’s vegetarian and delicious, and made especially for us with a whole lot of love!
